Yea..ironic considering the hooligan elements around in England at the time.
But club rivalries prevented a strong English firm.
Chelsea were the England bearers..hahaha
The sweaties have had payback over the yrs.

Prancer.

You make me laugh. I was only having a minor poke but even that you cannot resist. You must be the easiest punter on these boards to wind up. So easy indeed and you always need to have the last word.

BTW you wrote "Hiding behind your cock." WTF does that mean? Does it mean I have a massive willy or does it mean you were very angry when you posted got all confused?

PS, don't take it all so seriously, it will affect your blood pressure.

Yep, I'm the only one that has ever changed his user name in the history of WHO, really WEIRD that. I've never denied who I am either, unlike some who change their user name. Furtherermore, I also stick to the topic on the thread, unlike some, but there you go.

Morning Banjo, always good to know that I can still bring you out from under your rock. And agreeing with a cock like onestar makes you look an even bigger cock, it's like being mates with the biggest nerd at school. Just a bit of free advise.

The Scots had some decent players then .... presume they had Dalglish, Sounness , Gemmill etc and English Div 1 teams all seemed to have a Scot or two.
What has happened to them as they are complete shit now and have NO top level players?

We used to have Ray Stewart and the modern equivalent was Christian Bloody Dailly. That is a DECLINE

I went to the game at Hampden in 1987...from what I can remember the game was a complete non-event. I think this was the first game when England took up a decent amount of support....loads turned up without tickets but they all got let in.

Remember a Scouser desperately trying to sell a car radio to raise enough money to get in the ground - weird.

They should fetch back the home internationals then we wouldn't be in this mess now of Scotland wanting independence and getting ideas above it's station. Let them them beat us a couple of times send them home happy and they would forget about politics

Re: England v Scotland 1977 Wembley ....anyone attend ?
I went that day. The Scots came down en masse. My mate decided not to go at the last minute so, I was on my own amongst thousands of the cunts but they were fine and good fun. One behind me pissed where he stood and it wet the back of my jean legs but his mates grabbed him away from me as he was pissed out of his brains.

I wasn't going to do anything because he was so obviously absolutely shit-faced drunk he could hardly stand up. His mates even apologised and one offered me a dirty hankie to dry the little splash which he then did for me!

Apart from that and England losing the game it woke me up to the fact that they resented the being a conquered nation. Most were really just out for a decent piss-up and just knew they were going to win the world cup with the new manager Willie McCloud.
